If you like to be on the move, our private beach offers that delightful feeling of sand between your toes and access to every lake activity you can imagine. Gather your friends and family and go for tube or wakeboard behind the Ponderosa Point boat (rental fees apply). If you prefer to be self-propelled, hop on a complimentary stand up paddleboard, kayak, or canoe.

For land-based fun, we have grassy open areas, a playground for kids, and every type of court you can imagine. There’s lots of space for a pick-up game of soccer before dinner or a leisurely evening round of bocce ball. We also have direct access to the Kettle Valley Railway Trail, which means Tickleberry’s Ice Cream is only a 30-minute bike ride away!
